Black Pool Mill is a Grade II* listed building, that was previously a 19th century flour mill and has been carefully restored into a heritage restaurant open to Bluestone guests and the public all year round. The restaurant will include formal dining areas, a bar, private dining rooms, and a banqueting hall, as well as a state-of-the-art kitchen.

We are therefore requiring a Assistant Manager to assist in the day-to-day operation of Black Pool Mill. This will involve ensuring that guests have an outstanding experience leading to repeat visits, through the management of the team and processes. It is essential for applicants to have previous experience of managing a team with budgetary and people accountability, as well as a demonstrative track record of progression and achievement within the hospitality industry
