Black Pool Mill Commis Chef - Rate of Pay: £11.79

Black Pool Mill is a Grade II* listed building, that was previously a 19th century flour mill and has been carefully restored into a heritage restaurant open to Bluestone guests and the public all year round. The restaurant will include formal dining areas, a bar, private dining rooms, and a banqueting hall, as well as a state-of-the-art kitchen.

We are therefore requiring Commis Chefs to support the other chefs within Black Pool Mill in the efficient running of the restaurant kitchen, ensuring the highest standards are consistently delivered in terms of choice, content and presentation in accordance with current legislation and best practice. Our Commis Chefs will prepare and assist with cooking meals in line with our seasonal menus, working alongside the rest of the team to deliver an outstanding experience. It is essential for candidates to have previous chef or kitchen experience with a passion for food with an aptitude to learn.
