Black Pool Mill is a Grade II* listed building, that was previously a 19th century flour mill and has been carefully restored into a heritage restaurant open to Bluestone guests and the public all year round. The restaurant will include formal dining areas, a bar and private dining rooms, we are therefore requiring Food and Beverage Assistants to ensure that customers receive a high level of customer service and food is served in a friendly and professional manner. This involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, taking payments, and working behind the bar. Candidates must have experience of working within the hospitality industry,and must excel in customer service.
