A new opportunity for a Chef de Partie has become available!

As one of our Chef de Parties, you will be expected to support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the efficient running of the kitchen.

You will have to ensure the highest standards are consistently achieved in terms of choice, content and presentation of meals. It is essential for candidates to have experience as a Chef De Partie with Food Safety Level 2 certification, due to shift patterns and location, own transport would be advisable.
