CHRISTMAS COCONUT TRUFFLES

Ingredients:
20 digestive biscuits
125g butter
200g condensed milk
2 tablespoons cocoa
125g desiccated coconut
Chocolate spread for coating
Chocolate strands and coconut for dipping
Stage 1. Put biscuits in a food processor and grind until fine or bash with a rolling pin in a bag …kids love doing this!
Stage 2. Put butter and condensed milk in a pan and gently melt - adults only - cool slightly
Stage 3. Add the biscuits, cocoa and coconut and stir until combined
Stage 4. Roll into pin pong sized balls
Stage 5. Put coconut/ chocolate strands in bags and toss the balls in after rolling in a little chocolate spread! Super messy but great fun!
Stage 6 . Put in the fridge until chilled and firm
Stage 7. Put as many as you want into little decorative bags for those special people in your life to enjoy! makes about 28-30 depending on the size
