Exercise buddies sports day event

Exercise buddies are hosting a sports day event and are inviting children with learning disabilities to access their sessions along with adults who have learning disabilities. This will be in the spirit of a traditional school sports day but with inclusive and adapted races/events so that everyone can join in regardless of their impairments.
There will be races for carers, siblings, parents etc too so no one is left out. There will be sessions for both children and adults, if you have adults and children with learning disabilities you are welcome to stay for both sessions.
Jayne from Whizz Kidz is attending and I’m sure she will have some useful information to share.
