Frenchie pup, "Lil Bug", appeal from our friends at Greenacres

Something a little different today, we have an appeal from our friends at Greenacres to help with a  Frenchie pup called "Lil Bug" requiring life changing surgery in Bristol to assist with major bowel issues.
