Guest Service Officer – Salary £11,746.80

Guest Services are looking for an Officer whose principal purpose of the role is to be responsible and accountable for providing excellent customer care and service to our guests, ensuring they have memorable holidays, returning to Bluestone time and time again. To be understanding of human nature and confident and professional in dealing with people.

The role is very flexible, involving working in different outlets and performing different tasks. This involves some evening and weekends. This could range from warmly greeting customers to selling activities/entertainment vacancies or making restaurant bookings, to dealing with and resolving any questions, concerns, or requests.
