With Bluestone's expansion and commitment to developing the technology on the resort, we are seeking an IT Technician to provide technical support to requests from users and guests at Bluestone, primarily through the IT helpdesk. The role requires a person who is experienced with configuring and troubleshooting Windows Active Directory, networks, servers, desktop and mobile user devices, and has experience of providing help desk services and technical support using help desk software to create, update and close support ticket requests.
