Peter Doran, Artistic Director of the Torch Theatre, Milford Haven, is retiring after several decades at the helm, decades in which he has overseen an incredible number of successful shows. He will be sorely missed.
He is bowing out this month by directing a production of John Steinbeck’s “Of Mice And Men”, a show Peter first directed in 2003.
The original music for the show was composed, produced, and recorded by renowned Solva musician James Crisp who will be Pure West Radio’s Artist of the Week.
All the tracks played will be taken from the show’s soundtrack, an amazing collection of tunes, beginning on the BB Skone Show @7pm on Sunday 9th October, then on more shows throughout the week following.
Since moving to the county around 30 years ago, James has performed with a variety of bands including the Golden Cat and Duffy And The Ghost. He currently teaches music.
