Local Artist of the Week: LEE MASON

Lee Mason is a talented musician and sound engineer who's been making music in Pembrokeshire for a couple of decades. Formerly from Cold Blow, Lee now lives in Newport with his partner, Lowri Evans.

Together they are one of the most popular duos on the UK roots music circuit, performing in Cymraeg & Saesneg.

Lee has also played with Nicci Miles, Empty Pockets, Mustard Mitt, Mercury Prize & Brit Award nominee Tom McRae, and Sherri and The Sidekicks. There'll be music from most of these outfits this week plus a live session recorded for the BB Skone Show.

Lee, Lowri, plus Sherri and the Sidekicks, will be performing at a Country Music Festival this Friday and Saturday at the Snooty Fox, Martletwy, in aid of Adam's Bucketful of Hope charity.
