POLICE APPEAL | We are investigating a road traffic collision which occurred at approximately 5.05pm on Friday, November 15, 2024

A grey Isuzu D-Max was involved in the incident on the A48 eastbound between Cross Hands and Cwmgwili.

Sadly, a 55-year-old man died at the scene. The family have been advised and are being supported by specialist officers.

Both the eastbound and westbound roads were closed while emergency services were at scene. The westbound carriageway and one lane of the eastbound carriageway was opened at midnight with the eastbound carriageway fully re-opened at 12.30 pm on Saturday, Nov 16th.
