Sales Executive – Permanent Full Time - £23,684

Bluestone has a new and exciting role within the Sales department. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for taking calls from potential guests and responding to their queries. As part of this, you will be providing advice on accommodation types, as well as upselling our fantastic products including Well Spa treatments, activities, and restaurant bookings. The role will also involve replying to emails and Live Chats, ensuring excellent grammar and spelling is used throughout. Candidates should have previous experience in a customer service role with a passion for Bluestone and Pembrokeshire, it is also essential to have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and a full clean UK drivers' licence. It would be desirable to have previous sales training. This is an excellent role that is primarily Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, with some weekend work on a rota basis.
