Sales Supervisor Rate of Pay: £24,300

As a Sales Supervisor, you will supervise a team of sales executives and sales administrators, ensuring a high level of customer service, product knowledge and revenue focused team members, to monitor, organise and ensure that sales executives relay accurate and up to date information to guests via telephone and email

communication and recommend or up-sell relevant packages or activities. The successful candidate will need at least 1 years proven experience in a similar role within a sales environment and previous experience of working in a customer service environment and an intermediate level of Word packages such as Word and Excel.
