Bluestone are looking for a Sous Chef, to support the Head Chef in the efficient running of the restaurant kitchen, ensuring the highest standards are consistently achieved in terms of the choice, content and presentation of meals in accordance with all current legislation and best practice.

Our Sous Chefs need to have previous experience of working in a kitchen at a high level, as well as a Food Safety qualification.

Our Chefs do four 12 hour shifts a week, with 3 days off, which is great to fit around your lifestyle.
