Salary -£13.00 per hour, 38hours per week.
Are you looking for a new challenge and the opportunity for career development? We have an exciting opportunity in Awel Y Mor for an experienced Team Leader to join our residential home in Saundersfoot. Where you will support individuals with complex needs associated with autism.
You will be assisting in the day to day management of the home and help continue to improve the lives of the individuals we support. You will play a vital role in both the home and wider organisation, acting as a positive role model to both staff and our supported individuals.

A day in the life of a Team Leader with Orbis Education and Care Involves:
- Acting as shift leader
- Providing high quality bespoke care to the people we support, including keeping accurate records.
- Ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met through a supportive and caring environment, and that it feels like home.
- Being a positive role model to the people we support and promoting their independence through a range of activities.
- Assist in ensuring service scouring standards are maintained.
- Promote and celebrate homes achievements.

- QCF L3 qualified
- Experience in a support environment
