World Champion Short Mat Bowls

Alan Evans, Andrew Evans and Mikey John from Tavernspite, along with Aled Edwards from Carmarthen, became the World Short Mat Bowls Champions over the weekend. It was Mikey's first and Andrew and Alan's second.

Jonathan Gladstone and Andrew Hudson won the Bronze medal in the pairs. They were aiming for a third straight pairs title, so coming third is pretty impressive.
