Your chance to support Pembrokeshire's firefighters

Pembroke Dock firefighters are hosting an open day at their station throughout today, Wednesday, July 31, when visitors can find out how some of the county's fiercest fires are being tackled.

Demonstrations will be taking place from 10 am until 4 pm as well as opportunities to meet some of the firefighters.  There will also be some fun children's activities, including face painting, dunking a fire person and even the chance to go up in the cage. Refreshments will be on hand throughout the day.

Pembrokeshire is currently served by nine fire stations.
