How did you get into radio?

I used to run Span Arts in Narberth and would go on local radio to promote our events. Then was given a regular slot, then ask to co-host a weekend show, then was given my own show too! I started recording adverts then too and now most of my work is in voiceover.

Where is your favourite place in Pembrokeshire?

Newport

Who is your hero?

Ryan Reynolds

What is your biggest fear?

Pot-holing. No thanks.

Where is your favourite place to visit in the world?

Portugal

What would you change about yourself if you could?

I'd like to be braver. And need less naps.

What really makes you angry?

Single use plastics

What motivates you to work hard?

When the work brings me joy.

What is your favourite thing about your life?

Regularly swimming in the sea

What is your proudest accomplishment?

Launching a podcast in the pandemic (Right Up My Podcast) all about ways to make people feel good.

Who is the most famous person you've met?

Prince Charles - he opened Pembs College when I was there doing my A- Levels

One thing people might be surprised to know about you? 

I trust the Universe has my back. And when things go wrong, I can always learn something from it.
