About Lucy Tudor!

What do you do at Pure West Radio?

Presenter

How did you get into radio?

I started volunteering with Pure West Radio, specifically looking at their news team. I always wanted to go into broadcast journalism so it was a great experience for me to gain. After the experiences I gained from Pure West Radio I decided that I wanted to begin my MA in multimedia journalism, where I now hope to make a pathway into radio news full time.

Where is your favourite place in Pembrokeshire?

My favourite place in Pembrokeshire is the Druidstone, it’s so peaceful and pretty.

Who is your hero?

I would say my heroes are the Spice Girls. They were the first influential figures I saw who were all about girl power, which is something that is hugely important to me.

What is your biggest fear?

My biggest fear is probably being locked in a room where I can’t get out

Where is your favourite place to visit in the world?

My favourite place to visit realistically is anywhere hot.

What would you change about yourself if you could?

I automatically assume I can’t do things or I won’t be able to do it. That’s something I’d want to change because I know deep down I can do things, you just need to keep working on it.

What really makes you angry?

Loud chewers

What motivates you to work hard?

I know what I want to do and where I would like to be, and working hard is sort of the only way I can do that

What is your favourite thing about your life?

I have really good friends and family around me

What is your proudest accomplishment?

I think moving to London and studying in some really good schools is something I’m really proud of

Who is the most famous person you've met?

I used to waitress for really posh events and the nicest famous people I met was Alan Carr and Olivia Coleman

One thing people might be surprised to know about you?

I used to be on a competitive cheerleading team
