How did you get into radio?

Mother read an article in the Western Telegraph that our local radio station at the time were looking for youngsters to talk about school and college life on a radio show. She contacted them and next thing I'm jumping in the car and driving to the studios.

I met a cracking chap called Marc Tierney (who I'm still in regular contact with today) and I  ended up chatting about all sorts on air, mainly music and not education! That was my first taste of radio in 2002 and I haven't looked back since.

Where is your favourite place in Pembrokeshire?

Far too many to mention!

Who is your hero?

Mum & dad.

What is your biggest fear?

This has changed over the years... Now nothing.

Where is you favourite place to visit in the world?

Difficult to answer but Ibiza gets it (just!)

What would you change about yourself if you could?

My hair, or lack of it!

What makes you really angry?

Obnoxious people

What motivates you to work hard?

My family

The people I have around me.

One thing people might be surprised to know about you?

I have represented Wales in Ten Pin Bowling and competed in the European Championships in 2003
